We just had 10 box lunches complete with salads, 1/2 sandwiches, cookie & baguette delivered to our office. They were right on time & the food was absolutely delicious. Everyone had their own boxed lunch & it was awesome. Thank you! :)

SOOO over priced. The quality has gone down. the sandwiches taste like they are pre-made starbucks style. Soup is salty and lacks depth. The bathrooms have poor ventilation.

The food was OK and so were the drinks. But after we ordered our food, the drinks took at least 10 mins to get to us and then another 5 mins for large chicken noodle soup. Also because the food took so long only the chicken noodle soup was hot. My bagel and my parents scones were cold. Also the reason that the chicken noodle soup took so long was because the guy that was taking the order DIDN'T put the order in so they weren't even working on it! The drinks took so long because no one was working the drinks! At least 6 other people (who ordered AFTER us) got their drinks before we did! Also I overheard some severs complaining that the customers were complaining that they didn't have their food. They said that the reason for that was because they were under-staffed. Those same girls were chatting separately with the same man for at least 10 mins each! It will be awhile before I take my family here again.

I love their Strawberry Poppyseed Salad! but, it's only offered seasonally. I went to order it last week, and found out they took it off the menu. I wish they'd offer it the whole year around. Also, they serve everything with the side of the french bread. It's SO hard. I wish they'd serve it with a softer bread. I usually ask, and they will do it, but sometimes they will not. I wish their corporate office would realize that someone is going to break a tooth on that hard as a rock bread. Other than that, I like that they have many vegetarian options to chose from.

I ordered through the drivethru, and when I checked the bag- after I left- I noticed my salad was missing. So I had to drive back and re-enter the drive thru to get it. Then they gave me a salad that was missing chicken I had added! Plus my daughter “grilled” cheese was anything but grilled! Gross.

Online order was 30 minutes earlier than ordered. Soup was good after warming it up. Ordered chicken salad sandwich which was mostly grapes and almonds with very little chicken.

My gf and i were out to breakfast at Boynton Beach diner.It was a hour wait so we went in the same parking lot to panera bread.we were told by 2 people in a stern voice (NOT NICE)when they found out were wanted breakfast that one said ur 5 minutes late and the other said ur 8 minutes late. U woiuld think since it was sunday and the other place was full they would expend the hours of breakfast foods to take care of the 50 people that came in after us for breakfast and was told not and went down the street to Cracker Barrel. I spoke to mngr about it she said to write a letter so here it is. YOU lost a ton of business because no breakfast after 12. Brucnh should got to 3 on weekends! FOOD WAS EXCELLENT

Teriaki chicken bowl is awesome but $12 for half a bowl is not worth it. Really disappointed in this.

My order # was 621742660601 for order on 2/5/2021. My food was delivered and when I picked up the bag the bottom was wet & the food almost fell through. Good thing I caught it. One of the soups top wasn’t all the way on & a little spilled making the bread wet. Other than that our food was amazing, except for the soggy bread.

I was having a horrible day but after stopping by Panera in Mansfield,NJ my day got better! Very friendly & upbeat employees! Thank you all for making me smile!!!

K so I ordered the Chipotle Chicken & Bacon flatbread pizza the other day
OMG was the best ever!
Was HuGE enough for 2 people ( yes I ended up sharing)
The flavor was spot on
I cant wait to go buy again
I dont do chipotle as it's usually to spicey, but this is perfect blend of spices
